Clare has practised in employment law for more than 25 years. She has a particular interest in the areas of workers compensation, occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination and discipline actions against professionals. Clare appears regularly for injured workers before the Medical Assessment Tribunals and represents both workers and employers in the Industrial Magistrates Courts and in the Industrial Court in appeals in workers compensation claims. As a Board Member for a number of Queensland organisations and as a regular speaker at seminars and conferences, Clare is actively involved in the Queensland legal and business community. |
