Jo has over 12 years practice in corporate advisory and commercial law and has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of business and corporate mergers and acquisitions (both private and public listed vehicles), private equity transactions, privatisation and infrastructure projects and the provision of general commercial and Corporations Act compliance advice. Prior to joining Hunt & Hunt, Jo was employed as a senior associate in the Sydney office of Corrs Chambers Westgarth where she was responsible for negotiating complex, high value share and business sale agreements, joint venture and shareholder agreements and managing large transactions such as the Stockland takeover of AMP’s Diversified Property Trust. Jo also spent over 2 years in the UK working with leading law and investment banking firms on major infrastructure privatisation projects, and 15 months working closely with KordaMentha Corporate Recovery on various legal aspects of the Ansett Administration. |
