Rod recently joined Hunt & Hunt as a Consultant. He was formerly the Managing Partner of Lindquist Partners and Barratt Lindquist in South Australia. Rod has over twenty-five years experience in commercial insolvency advising liquidators, trustees, creditors and debtors. He also provides practical advice on negotiating the sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements and appropriate structures for business and not for profit organisations. Rod has a strong track record in complex commercial litigation acting for financial institutions, administrators and individuals involved in business disputes. Rod has extensive board experience and currently serves on the board of SA Tall Ships Inc. He has served as a member of the Legal Practitioners Conduct Board, Faculty of Law Board, University of Adelaide, Legal Practice Board of Management, University of South Australia and Supreme Court Board of Examiners. Rod is a former President of the Law Society of South Australia. |
