Anthony practices in OH&S matters defending prosecutions against large and small corporate entities. He is able to advise on all aspects of OH&S including risks to safety, with fatal and non-fatal consequences, in a variety of circumstances, including, electrical, use of motor vehicles, transportation of plant, loading and unloading, processing, working at heights, unsafe guarding and the use of forklifts; in industries including cement manufacturing, mining, timber processing, brick manufacture, warehousing, construction and confined spaces. Since 1990 Anthony has developed significant expertise in asbestos and silicosis litigation working largely in the Dust Disease Tribunal of New South Wales, acting for uninsured corporations and insurers. Anthony has practised in Workers' Compensation matters since 1980 for insurers. Anthony has extensive experience in Wills, Estates and Family Provision work. |
