Charles looks for commercial solutions to clients' problems and realises that is not always achieved by litigation. He is adept at negotiation and mediation and has vast experience in District, Supreme and Federal Court jurisdictions. Charles heads the commercial department of the Sydney office, and is chairman of the National Insolvency Group and National Compliance partner. He lectures for the Financial Services Institute of Australasia in the area of Securities Law, particularly in the Conduct of Financial Services Business in Australia and Licensing of Financial Services Providers. |
