Debra is head of our property team in Newcastle. Prior to joining Hunt & Hunt, she practised in the property development and infrastructure team of another national law firm in Newcastle. She has significant experience handling the full range of property transactions. She has acted on behalf of government, state-owned corporations, and semi-government bodies in relation to disposals of land and facilities, and other related property transactions. Debra handles a range of property and conveyancing transactions on behalf of one of our firm's national government clients. Debra also acts for a range of private sector companies handling their commercial property matters and developments in the Hunter Valley region. Since commencing with Hunt & Hunt, Debra has been acting for a federal government statutory authority in relation to its acquisitions and sale/lease back of residential properties in New South Wales. This encompasses the supervision of a high volume of conveyancing matters on its behalf and ancillary advice and legal support in relation to residential developments undertaken by the client. |
