He has been engaged in defending local government for all types of liability claims over many years and has particular expertise in occupier's liability and the liability of statutory authorities. He acts for a broad range of clients, including a number of major multinational companies. Graeme is involved in public liability and professional indemnity issues ranging from relatively simple public liability matters through to complex toxic tort issues. He handles public and products liability matters for companies such as Ace Insurance and Falls Creek Ski Lifts Pty Ltd. With many years experience in insurance matters, Graeme has handled a significant number of complex and difficult cases at the trial and appellate levels. He is a very successful negotiator and has brokered settlements of many complicated multi-party disputes.
