Mark has broad commercial property experience, with the bulk of his practice being conveyancing and leasing. His experience includes acting on the sale and purchase of commercial and industrial land and associated due diligence enquiries and acting for both lessors and lessees in retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters. He has had extensive experience in managing the leasing aspects of telecommunications rollouts and has developed documentation and processes tailored to meet the commercial objectives of clients in this sector. Mark’s experience includes managing the leasing rollouts in Sydney for the Ozitel Network Pty Ltd. Since commencing with Hunt & Hunt, Mark has been acting for a federal government statutory authority in relation to its acquisitions and sale/lease back of residential properties in NSW. This encompasses the supervision of a high volume of conveyancing matters on its behalf and ancillary advice and legal support in relation to residential developments undertaken by the client. Mark also acts as a general property counsel for Motor Accident Commission of South Australia, O’Brien Glass Industries Limited and Stegbar Pty Limited requiring him to provide advice on a wide range of issues including debtor management, enforcement of rights under leases, licenses, easements and other property matters. |
