Neville has advised and acted in litigation arising from a number of major projects including: - the ANZAC Ship Project;

- disputes about duties of trustees; and
- preference claims.
He has conducted litigation in the Supreme Courts of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory and South Australia, in the Federal Court, and under the International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, with an emphasis on disputes arising from complex multi-tier contractual arrangements. Neville also provides dispute management advice, especially in relation to major projects; and documentation for complex workouts and settlements.
