Peter practices in the areas of taxation (with emphasis on the GST and capital gains tax), tax effective Estate planning and wills, business structuring, reorganisations and reconstructions, shareholder arrangements and joint ventures. Peter has a Master's degree in taxation conferred by the University of New South Wales and is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Peter is a consultant lawyer to a number of other legal and accountancy practices. Peter was a member of the Law Society of New South Wales GST technical sub committee which was brought into existence to assist lawyers to understand GST in their practices. Peter is a regular presenter of seminars to other lawyers in areas such as taxation, advising small business and business structures and joint ventures. |
