Peter has extensive expertise in property disputes, debt recovery (including the recovery of rent, rates and taxes), commercial arbitration and mediation. Peter also provides expert opinion on litigation issues. Peter has acted in and appeared as Counsel for numerous criminal law clients in almost all areas covered by the Criminal Code of Western Australia and a number of areas in the Commonwealth Criminal code and other Western Australian legislations. He has 30 years of experience as a litigator in the Supreme and District Courts. He has strong ties with the rural community and has successfully completed work with various rural shire councils. |
