Susan is a Partner in our Newcastle office, where she is the partner in charge of the Commercial Group. Susan has over 10 years experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution including advising on contractual disputes, product liability, trade practices and both corporate and personal insolvency. Susan has specialised in dispute resolution since being admitted to practice in February 1997. In addition to managing the Newcastle Commercial Group, Susan is the client relationship partner for General Motors Acceptance Corporation for whom we manage a national debt recovery practice from our Newcastle office. This practice includes approximately 250 to 300 files and encompasses litigation in all states and territories. In addition to commercial dispute resolution, Susan has experience in the various aspects of insurance litigation, including workers compensation and professional indemnity. Susan has over 10 years experience in handling worker compensation matters, both in the Workers Compensation Commission and in the general courts for common law damages. |
