Andrew is an Associate of Hunt & Hunt. He has a wide and varied experience in litigation in all jurisdictions. He has acted under instructions from a number of insurance underwriters in defence of public and product liability claims involving both personal injury and property damage, professional indemnity actions, and policy interpretation and indemnity disputes.
Andrew has also undertaken a considerable amount of work in areas of commercial litigation, insolvency, local government, freedom of information and semi-government prosecutions. He is an experienced advocate and had appeared in applications, both contested and uncontested, in VCAT and Federal and State Courts.
Some of the clients Andrew has worked for include CGU Insurance, Suncorp, SingTel Optus Pty Limited, General Motors Acceptance Corporation, Australian Taxation Office and Vic Roads.
Andrew is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Australian Insurance Lawyers Association (AILA).
