An Accredited Specialist in Commercial Tenancy Law, Aurora practises in all aspects of leasing and property law. She has substantial experience in commercial transactions, including the purchase and sale of businesses, partnership and shareholder and supply agreements, enabling her to take a practical approach towards the negotiation of long-term relationships between landlords and tenants. Her clients have included a well known national retailer with over 130 stores nationally, a major religious institution with properties throughout Victoria, and a large number of individual landlords and tenants. Aurora regularly advises landlords, tenants and agents on the complex retail leasing laws in Victoria, and believes in giving her clients the tools and knowledge necessary to go about their business with confidence.
