Binti graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2002 with first class honours in law, and was Associate to Justice Evans in the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2003. Binti has been practicing law since 2004 in the areas of commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery, estates and trusts litigation and corporate advisory. Binti has conducted litigation in the Supreme Courts and Magistrates Courts of Victoria and Tasmania, the County Court of Victoria, the Federal Court and in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Binti appears regularly in the Federal Court in insolvency and debt recovery matters for the Australian Tax Office and the Fair Work Ombudsman. |
