Hasti's main practices areas are environment, planning, local government and administrative law. She has been practicing for 6 years. Prior to joining Hunt and Hunt, Hasti was working for the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW as an in-house lawyer for five years. While at the RTA, Hasti developed a special expertise in transactional and property matters, administrative law and environmental compliance. She was involved in a number of major projects including the Cross City Tunnel, Westlink M7, Lane Cove Tunnel and the Pacific Highway and Hume Highway Upgrades. Hasti's experience in compliance law extends to providing advice and management assistance of environmental incidents, including Department of Environment and Climate Change investigations and prosecution under the pollution legislation, Heritage law and the National Parks legislation. Hasti's experience in transactional matters includes drafting agreements, providing advice on developer deeds, planning agreements and transport infrastructure agreements. |
