Helen has more than 5 years of experience in general insurance law and currently manages CTP and public liability cases in both the District and Supreme Courts, as well as in the CARS system. Helen has worked as part of a plaintiff practice and as a result has had exposure to that perspective. Helen is also skilled at workers’ compensation claims and coordinates monthly reports for major insurer clients. Helen has extensive experience acting for insurers in workers compensation matters. She has provided advice, drafted section 74 Notices and Section 54 Notices to clients in respect of all manner of claims including complex psychological injuries, claims involving multiple injuries, and journey claims. She has regularly appeared in the Workers Compensation Commission for Employers in respect of conciliations and arbitrations |
