Michelle was admitted to practice in 2003 and commenced working with Hunt & Hunt as a lawyer in February 2007 in the major claims insurance team. Michelle's practice at Hunt & Hunt involves insurance litigation, principally catastrophic third party claims. She was previously employed as a solicitor at the Crown Solicitor's Office in the Torts (Justice and Law Enforcement Agencies) Practice Group which involved tortious claims against the State of New South Wales upon instructions from NSW Police and the DPP. Michelle works directly with John Edelman and Fiona Hornsby in the Sydney insurance group, working daily on complex and major claims including those involving brain damage, spinal injuries and children. |
