Renae has worked predominantly in insurance litigation since her admission as a solicitor in 1996. She has practised in many jurisdictions including Federal, Supreme, District and Local courts and also the Consumer Claims and Tenancy Tribunal. Renae has longstanding experience in personal injury with the majority of her career being devoted to public liability and motor accident work, most recently in major claims. Renae's wealth of experience has extended to professional indemnity matters (including solicitor's negligence and medical negligence); property damage claims (including motor vehicle property damage, building and construction) and those involving allegations of fraud. Renae has also practised in commercial litigation and property law, which gives her a unique appreciation of commercial realities and sensitivities. |
