Sarah practises in the areas of employment, industrial relations and insurance litigation, particularly occupiers and public liability, workers compensation and motor vehicle accidents. Sarah provides advice in relation to award interpretation and termination of employment, industrial, discrimination, OH&S and privacy matters. She is instructed by insurance companies in all areas of general insurance law. In particular she advises in the areas of occupiers/public liability, workers' compensation and motor vehicle accidents. Sarah appears regularly in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and is also experienced in debt recovery actions in the Magistrates Court of Tasmania (Civil Division). |
