Serena has practised in property law for more than 10 years, focusing primarily in the area of leasing. She specialises in retail shop leasing having acted for the owners of several large shopping centres in Queensland including the Robina Town Centre comprising of over 240 specialty shops. Her experience ranges from acting for large shopping centre landlords to individual tenants looking for advice on the terms of the leases submitted to them. She has acted for both landlords and tenants alike for retail, commercial, industrial and telecommunications tenancies. Some of Serena's clients have included One.Tel, Vodafone, Carlton & United Breweries, Airservices Australia, Westcourt Plaza Shopping Centre and Bloomberg Incorporation Limited. With over a decade of experience in leasing matters, she is able to identify potential roadblocks at an early stage which enables her to work together with her clients to formulate appropriate strategies to deal with such matters. |
