Susan was admitted to practice in 1999 and has been with Hunt & Hunt since this time. She has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance law. In public liability claims, Susan has acted on instructions from leading insurers, defending claims on behalf of restaurants, licensed premises, public authorities, builders and manufacturers. In professional negligence claims, Susan has acted on behalf of accountants, engineers, real estate agents, accountants, chiropractors and other medical professionals. Susan also has extensive CTP experience defending litigated matters and matters in CARS, and frequently acts in matters involving children and catastrophic injuries. Susan's practice also encompasses recoveries work and she advises, litigates and defends property damage claims, contractual claims and statutory recoveries under the Workers' Compensation Act. Susan also advises clients on policy interpretation and indemnity issues. |
