Tish has broad commercial property experience, including acting on the sale and purchase of commercial and industrial land and associated due diligence enquiries and acting for both lessors and lessees in retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters.
Tish also has several years experience in commercial law; comprising advice, transactional work and litigation, plus administrative law (including corporate governance) in the corporate, government and resource sectors.
Tish also acts as a general property counsel for Motor Accident Commission of South Australia, O’Brien Glass Industries Limited and Stegbar Pty Limited requiring her to provide advice on a wide range of issues including debtor management, enforcement of rights under leases, licenses, easements and other property matters.
