David McKenzie has advised construction companies in New South Wales, Queensland & Victoria on contract wording and on how the wording of such contracts impact on projects being undertaken. Those projects included large scale public structures, commercial buildings and large residential buildings. David also has 34 years experience in public liability, general insurance, motor vehicle property, motor vehicle personal injury and CTP personal injury, professional indemnity and commercial litigation. David has conducted many plaintiff personal injury claims including CTP, medical negligence, and public liability claims including those for a quadriplegic. He has also had conduct of numerous Applicant workers compensation claims including death benefit claims, serious spinal injury claims including paraplegia, nervous shock claims, industrial deafness claims and amputation claims.
