Robert has 15 years legal experience working in corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining our firm he worked as a Partner in a well established Sydney Law firm heading up the Commercial Transaction department. He has extensive legal experience in commercial transactions, including corporate governance and risk management, due diligence, company restructuring and, initial public offerings. Robert has worked with many organisations companies in the acquisition and sale of businesses in all states of Australia as well as New Zealand, India and Papa New Guinea. Robert has acted for a Pacific Island Government in relation to domestic regulatory matters and international cross border commercial transactions and general matters. His property expertise includes acquisitions, divestments and leasing of all types of real estate on behalf of property developers; small to medium sized businesses; public companies and government instrumentalities. Over Robert's career, he has acted for 2 major Australian banks and other finance companies in relation to a wide range of banking and finance transactions. |
