Insolvency and Debt Recovery Our firm's Insolvency and Debt Recovery group provides services to bankers and financiers, insolvency accountants and creditors who require assistance in dealing with insolvency administrations. We have considerable experience in managing high volume debt recovery clients, both private and public. Our approach to debt recovery work is to strike the proper balance between pursuing debtors with vigour and encouraging compromise where commercially appropriate.
