Learning and Development   We take seriously the ongoing development of our people – not just of their legal skills, but also their commercial, people management and client relationship management skills.   We have a firm-wide induction program, as well as a range of skill-based professional development programs and courses available to all of our employees, to suit needs identified in each of their individual personal development plans.   The firm has a program of CLE seminars on issues of interest, so that our lawyers are provided with ongoing legal training.   In addition, our partners and senior associates continuously provide 'hands on' training, which is crucial to developing the skills young lawyers need to manage clients', and for their own career development.   We have a generous Study Support Policy to those undertaking approved external study.  Many of our lawyers undertake masters degrees in law or other relevant disciplines.
