Lauren is a valued member of our litigation and dispute resolution group, and has acted in numerous litigation matters for the firm's clients. Her strong analytical skills ensure clients receive carefully considered advice with a strategic focus on delivering the best possible outcome.
Lauren acts for educational institutions in personal injury claims involving allegations of sexual abuse and misconduct and is experienced in handling the investigation of these matters, as well as liaising with insurers to facilitate settlements in a timely and sensitive manner.
Lauren also appears as an advocate in debt recovery matters for the firm's public and private clients, as well as in regulatory prosecutions for government agencies such as Roads and Maritime Services and State Debt Recovery.
In 2014, she undertook a secondment with the Fair Work Ombudsman as a debt recovery lawyer, enhancing her knowledge of state and federal government agencies and their operating environment.
Lauren is admitted to practice in the NSW Supreme Court and High Court of Australia.
