Experience

Victor commenced working with Hunt & Hunt as an Insurance Partner in February 2007.

Victor has over 40 years experience in the area of Insurance law. He provides legal advice to clients on personal injuries litigation, with particular emphasis on compulsory third party insurance and public liability insurance.

He is a regular presenter at insurance industry conferences. Victor has a special interest in strategic development of CTP schemes in NSW and has been instrumental in the adoption of legislation particularly concerning fraud in CTP claims, its detection and deterrence

He has been a long-serving member of the Australian Insurance Law Association and a former President of the NSW branch.

Victor does pro bono work for the Clean Up Australia Group and he is Director/Company Secretary for the group. Victor is also a Director and member of the Board of Trustees for the Financial Markets Foundation for Children. Hunt & Hunt are the Honorary Solicitors for each organisation.
