Harold’s practical and broad application of the law enables him to support a wide range of satisfied clients across commercial, retail, telecommunications & media and commercial property matters. These include manufacturers, franchisors, telecommunications & media providers, commercial & retail landlords and tenants.


While the matters on which Harold acts are many, his advice is sound and pragmatic. He routinely advises on joint venture and shareholder agreements, sales and purchases of businesses, and an array of commercial contracts and licenses.

Major landlords and tenants benefit from Harold’s extensive experience and expertise in retail and commercial leasing, where he drafts and advises on all matters related to leasing including, retail leases, commercial leases, agreements to lease, disclosure documents, variations, surrenders and assignments as well as leasing disputes where he has successfully acted on behalf of tenants in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the New South Wales Court of Appeal.

 

 

Harold has advised, drafted and negotiated a number of major data centre leases and facilities management agreements involving one of Australia's major internet traffic hubs, two of the world's major information technology companies and a major Australian telecommunications company.
