Experience
Ian has a commercial and property practice. He has acted extensively for health facilities on the purchase and sale of hospitals, licence transfers, funding agreements, out-sourcing of health services and drafting of by-laws.
Ian also has expertise in relation to leasing, general commercial law, including trade practice advice, and employment law.
He has provided commercial litigation and general advice to charitable organisations as well as advice on wills and probate administration having conducted Supreme Court proceedings upholding and challenging wills and ensuring charitable bequests are received.
