Experience
Jeremy has over 19 years experience in family law and is responsible for the transactional banking practice of Marks & Sands. He has extensive experience in private client work in South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia.
Jeremy is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. He has specialised in property transactions in the Family Court jurisdiction and as a consequence of this has particular experience in bankruptcy and creditor protection.
He is the Western Australian Board member of the Hunt & Hunt Legal Group.
