Experience
With more than 30 years' experience, Paul specialises in commercial advice and structuring, revenue law and negotiations with banks, estate planning and managing business ventures for clients in the pharmacy industry, aged care industry, property development and manufacturing.
Paul has recently been involved in negotiating the $40 million purchase of land and water rights in Qld and NSW. In another recent matter, Paul acted for both banks and pharmacists in relation to loans to pharmacy groups and security aspects including guarantees by public pharmaceutical companies.
