Philip Kennedy

Philip completed his practical training and first years as a solicitor in Adelaide, South Australia.


Philip completed his practical training and first years as a solicitor in Adelaide, South Australia. During his practical training, Philip clerked at a firm specialising in Criminal Law.

He then was employed as a solicitor at a plaintiff personal injury firm, specialising in all areas of personal injury law including workers compensation, CTP claims, medical negligence and public liability.

Philip moved to the Northern Territory in November 2014 to join Hunt & Hunt.

While predominantly working in the workers compensation area, he has expanded his practice to include criminal law, commercial claims, property damage and debt recovery.  Philip appears in the NT Supreme Court, the Local Court and Federal Circuit Court.
