Experience
Anthea's legal experience includes equity matters in the Supreme Court. Anthea has extensive experience in estate litigation including contesting wills under the Wills Probate and Administration Act and the Succession Act, this includes matters such as Family Provision applications.
She also has experience in commercial disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, building disputes and debt recovery.
