Experience

Helen has more than 8 years experience in general insurance law, prior to her admission she worked as a Paralegal.

Personal Injury and Public Liability

Helen currently manages CTP and public liability cases in CARS and in the District and Supreme Courts. Helen manages a growing practice in the conduct of administrative law cases in the Supreme Court in relation to applications for Judicial Review of decisions of CARS Assessors and the Medical Assessment Service.

Helen has worked as part of a plaintiff practice and as a result has had exposure to that perspective. Helen is also expert in the management of workers’ compensation claims.

Helen is especially skilled and knowledgeable in the management of corporate, taxation and financial services documentation.

Helen has qualifications at interpreter level in Cantonese and Mandarin, providing Hunt & Hunt with an edge in claims involving Australian residents of Chinese ethnicity and claims by visiting Chinese nationals.
