Experience
Luke was admitted as a lawyer in Queensland in 2003 where he first practiced in the area of estate litigation. Throughout his career, Luke has been a litigator.
Luke joined Hunt & Hunt in Sydney in February 2006 and commenced working with Brett Hearnden in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, assisting him in the conduct of prosecutions and administrative appeals on behalf of the Roads & Traffic Authority.
Luke has significant advocacy experience and usually appears in Courts in lieu of junior counsel. He has prepared litigation matters for hearing in the District, Supreme and Federal Courts.
Luke relocated to our North Ryde office in September 2008 to focus his work in the area of commercial litigation, which is his primary area of interest. Luke represents companies and individuals spaning matters such as debt recovery, contractual disputes, equitable claims and commercial and building disputes.
