Neil is a Senior Associate and has been practising law since 2001. He draws on his experience to provide personal and practical advice and assistance to corporate, Government and private clients in a broad range of commercial and real estate related transactions.
Neil practises in the following areas:

- real estate developments and subdivisions
- commercial leasing and retail leasing
- option agreements and tenders
- real estate related stamp duty, GST and land tax advice
- development, disposal and acquisition of Crown leasehold interests within Victorian alpine resorts
