Angeline has acted for a range of clients including listed companies, private clients, Owners Corporations, government agencies and the Registrar General of NSW in a transactional, advisory and/or dispute resolution capacity.
Angeline's broad property experience includes acting on the sale and purchase of residential, commercial, industrial and rural properties. She has represented developers and property owners in large scale property, subdivisions, consolidations and staged developments. Angeline has extensive experience in land titling and in resolving complex transactions dealing with land.
In her commercial practice, Angeline has provided advice on a range of matters including distribution and supply agreements, software and services agreements, sales and purchases of businesses (including hotels), shareholder agreements, licensing agreements and the successful resolution of a dispute concerning the development of a mobile application.
Angeline’s breadth of experience in strata and community title matters has led to her advice being sought by Owners Corporations, Community Associations, lot owners and strata managers. Angeline has advised on a range of dispute issues arising from management and caretaker agreements, breaches of by-laws, validity of proxies, telecommunication leases, rock anchor licences, demolition of a lot and unauthorised works by lot owners.
Angeline was a Telstra Business Women's Award nominee in 2013 and a finalist in the 2015 Inner West Local Business Awards in the category of Outstanding Business Person of the Year. These accolades are a testament to Angeline's business acumen and ability to assist clients.Angeline is also a nationally accredited mediator and a public notary.
