A commercial property specialist, David brings over 30 years experience to his clients.

David’s intimate knowledge of the property industry enables him to be able to provide both legal and practical advice on complex commercial property transactions.

David has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating terms for complex property acquisitions and for sales of residential, commercial and industrial development projects. This experience enables David to produce transaction documents that are clearly expressed whilst retaining the complexities required for such transactions to be effective.

David acts for vendors and purchasers across the full range of property transactions, including drafting and negotiating terms for contracts of sale, commercial and display home leases, property development agreements and advice on all aspects of building and land subdivisions for both residential and commercial developments including planning issues.

In addition to those areas of expertise, David has experience in all aspects of GST, stamp duty and land tax law, insofar as they relate to real estate mortgages, commercial loan securities and those transactions which involve dealings with property.
