Experience
Frank conducts commercial negotiations and legal work in Asia, Europe, Canada and the United States and advises on contracts with foreign corporations, including devising processes and contractual documentation.
Frank's practice includes assisting foreign corporations and Australian corporations on potential acquisitions and investments, undertaking due diligence, creating joint ventures, negotiating and documenting commercial transactions, distribution agreements, sponsorship agreements and a wide range of other contracts, and providing legal and business services to major manufacturers and trading houses for their business operations.
He also regularly presents training courses for clients as well as preparing client manuals and legal reference materials.
