Our Fees Explained
PROBATE
When a person dies leaving a valid Will, the executor or executors appointed in the Will can apply to the Supreme Court of Victoria for a grant of Probate of the Will.
We offer fixed fees for preparing standard probate applications. Please see our fixed fees below (it does not include the probate advertising and filing fees):
