Hunt & Hunt is pleased to announce that Wendy Conceicao and Kylie Parker have joined our firm in our Sydney based Property team.
With more than 20 years of experience focused on property law, Wendy specialises in high value property transactions in managing landlord leasing portfolios. Wendy has experienced undertaking due diligence for the sale and acquisition of commercial property and acts for property trusts and private client. She has also worked closely with property developers on large-scale long-term projects from site acquisition to disposal.
Kylie has 30 years’ experience specialising in property law. She assists with property developers, undertaking commercial and retail sales and acquisitions, and advises landlords and tenants with commercial and retail leasing. Kylie has worked with State Government departments, local councils and private clients. Kylie’s previous extensive experience in property law enables her to assist clients of contractual and tenancy disputes.
