Our Graduate Program:
As a junior lawyer in our Melbourne office, you will be exposed to clients operating in a wide range of industries both locally and internationally. You will receive the support and training you need to deliver an exceptional quality of work and manage an interesting and diverse file load. You will be challenged; stimulated; and encouraged to accelerate your career in a team which is passionately committed to retaining and developing young lawyers.
Our Melbourne Graduate Program runs for 10 months from March each year. During this time graduates will complete the College of Law Practical Legal Training course and be exposed to each of our core practice areas. To ensure the competencies for admission to practice are met, all graduates take on matter-related work and receive in-house training and mentoring.
We’re looking for smart, energetic, motivated and socially intelligent students who have recently completed their studies. If you have a strong work ethic, solid academic record and varied interests outside academic life, we’d love to hear from you.
