Andrew commenced working with Hunt & Hunt as a Graduate in February 2012. Following admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria in December 2012, he has quickly gained experience within Hunt & Hunt's property team.

Andrew's recent matters include:

  • Acting for local government, private and incorporated entities in the sale and acquisition of commercial and residential property 
  • Acting for a local government body in relation to contractual indemnity in respect of a public liability claim
  • Advising clients in relation to environmental issues concerning contaminated commercial premises 
  • Drafting rules and advising sporting club, not-for-profit and business association clients on the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for tenants and landlords.



Andrew also has experience in the following areas: 

  • Providing liquor licensing assistance to local government and corporate entities 
  • Advising on and preparing policy documents to comply with the protected disclosure regime under the Protected Disclosure Act 2012 
  • Acting for developers of significant multi-lot subdivisions, including the oversight of significant settlement programs and assisting with ongoing owners corporation queries 
  • Advising a provider of self-maintained apartments, primarily used by tertiary students, on compliance with the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008.
