Danny practises in the workers compensation and work injury damages claims areas of insurance litigation

Using his extensive knowledge, experience and understanding, Danny has successfully defended claims in Court and at the Workers Compensation Commission. He has also been successful in resolving claims at conciliation, mediation and informal settlement conferences.

Danny has actively participated in meetings with iCare NSW, the Merit Review Service, and the WorkCover Independent Review Office. He has also provided written submissions to these organisations on various issues.

Danny commenced his career acting for injured workers. He subsequently moved to work as Legal Counsel for Suncorp/GIO before joining Hunt & Hunt.
