Lynne has worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer for more than 12 years and has developed a particular specialty in acting in private business sales, mergers and acquisitions.Lynne has expertise across a range of complex commercial transactions,including legal due diligence, structuring, negotiating and implementing commercial contracts, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, governance and global trade.

Lynne works primarily with private business owners, to prepare for and execute transactions and long term commercial arrangements, to grow, exit or enhance their business. Lynne is recognised for her strategic thinking and practical approach to identifying and accessing opportunities as well as solving legal problems.

Lynne has assisted clients with all of their trade requirements, global and domestic, including structuring of supply chains to achieve commercial efficiency and regulatory compliance, while minimising risk.
