Personal Experience

Neil is a commercial property lawyer advising on sales, purchases and leases.

Since commencing with Hunt & Hunt in May 2004, Neil’s experience includes advising on commercial sales and purchases of real estate;due diligence investigations; subdivisions;commercial;industrial and retail leasing; and sales and purchases of businesses including the drafting of commercial agreements to facilitate clients’ specific needs. He has experience in the various dealings ancillary to sales, purchases and leases including options, surrenders, assignments, sub-leases, renewals and agreements for lease, mortgages, GST, state land tax and stamp duty. Neil also has an active role in developing and maintaining the property team’s precedents.

Neil acts for a broad mix of corporate, government and private clients including: Dulux, BOOM logistics, Oceanic Foods, Suleman Group, Glen Cameron Group, Kingston City Council,Banyule City Council, Wyndham City Council, Melbourne City Council, VicRoads, Department of Treasury and Finance, Department of Education, Federation University.
