Nicole joined Hunt & Hunt’s Victoria team from an Australian subsidiary of one of Japan’s largest public companies. This in-house experience provides Nicole with the ability to approach matters from a client perspective.

Having worked with local and foreign companies doing business both in Australia and across the APAC region, Nicole is experienced in preparing, structuring and negotiating a range of commercial agreements for clients involved in a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications and technology.

Nicole has also assisted in the formation, acquisition and disposal of businesses and companies operating in a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, and not-for-profit. She also assists private businesses, associations and not-for-profit organisations in relation to corporate governance and structuring. She has experience preparing governance and regulatory documents and advising in relation to issues such as share rights and directors’ duties and liabilities.
