Pamela has worked as a member of our litigation team at Hunt & Hunt since 2003. In this time, she has handled a wide variety of matters and prides herself on achieving the best outcome for her clients.
She has a thriving practice in family law and always conducts these matters taking account of the stressful nature of the jurisdiction and the costs. Pamela attempts to resolve these matters in a timely way and in the best interests of her client.
Pamela also assists several of her clients through the minefield of employment law including matters in the Fair Work Commission.
Pamela has wide experience in contested matters in the Work Health Court, Local Court, Supreme Court and the Northern Territory Court of Appeal. She has achieved successful outcomes in a wide range of matters including contractual disputes to the financial benefit of the client, estate matters, recoveries in insurance matters, and large scale commercial debt recovery.
Pamela has been involved in the Northern Territory Law Society discussions on legislative amendments and is involved in the court meetings between the profession and the bench in relation to court practice.
Pamela has experience conducting independent investigations in relation to workplace issues and more recently established a vulnerable persons practice.
